Huwag itong ikalito sa higanti.

Ang higante o dambuhala[1] ay isang tao o nilalang na may malaking sukat[2] na mayroong hindi pangkaraniwang lakas, taas, o kabangisan.[3] Tumutukoy din ito sa isang mahalaga at tanyag na tao.[1] Ginagamit din ang dambuhala bilang ibang katawagan para sa buhakag o balyena.[2] Isang halimbawa ng higante si Goliat ng kuwentong David at Goliat.
