UAE Tour 2023 var den femte upplagan av det emiratiska etapploppet UAE Tour. Cykelloppets sju etapper kördes mellan den 20 och 26 februari 2023 med start i Al Dhafra Castle och målgång i Jabal Ḩafīt. Loppet var en del av UCI World Tour 2023 och vanns av belgiska Remco Evenepoel från cykelstallet Soudal Quick-Step.[1]
