Sigeng är en köping i södra Kina. Den ligger i staden Dongfang i provinsen Hainan,[2] omkring 200 kilometer sydväst om provinshuvudstaden Haikou. Antalet invånare är 26 952.[1] Befolkningen består av 12 395 kvinnor och 14 557 män. Barn under 15 år utgör 20,0 %, vuxna 15-64 år 70 %, och äldre över 65 år 8,0 %.[1]
