Pelastoneurus nigritibia[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13] är en tvåvingeart som beskrevs av Octave Parent 1934. Pelastoneurus nigritibia ingår i släktet Pelastoneurus och familjen styltflugor.[14][15]

Artens utbredningsområde är Colombia.[14] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[14]
