Otocinclus cocama[1] är en fiskart som beskrevs av Roberto Esser dos Reis 2004. Otocinclus cocama ingår i släktet Otocinclus och familjen Loricariidae.[2][3] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[2]
