Metopius elegans[1] är en stekelart som beskrevs av Valentina I. Tolkanitz 1985. Metopius elegans ingår i släktet Metopius och familjen brokparasitsteklar.[2][3] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[2]
