Sumpor nosilac protein ThiS adenililtransferaza (EC 2.7.7.73, thiF (gen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:(ThiS) adenililtransferaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

ATP + [ThiS] difosfat + adenilil-[ThiS]

Ovaj enzim vezuje jon Zn2+.
