Protein-histidin pros-kinaza (EC 2.7.13.1, ATP:protein-L-histidin N-pros-fosfotransferaza, histidinska kinaza, histidin proteinska kinaza, protein histidinska kinaza, proteinska kinaza (histidin), HK2) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:protein-L-histidin N^pi-fosfotransferaza.^[1]^[2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
