Mikotiol-zavisna formaldehid dehidrogenaza (EC 1.2.1.66, NAD/factor-zavisna formaldehidna dehidrogenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom formaldehid:NAD⁺ oksidoreduktaza (mikotiol-formilacija).^[1]^[2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

formaldehid + mikotiol + NAD⁺

S-formilmikotiol + NADH + 2 H⁺

Formirani S-formilmikotiol se hidrolizuje do mikotiola i formata.
