Lakaza
Lakaza (EC 1.10.3.2, urishiol oksidaza, urušiol oksidaza, p-difenolna oksidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom benzendiol:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 4 benzendiol + O2 4 benzosemihinon + 2H2O
Ova grupa multi-bakarnih proteina ima nisku specifičnost za o- i p-hinole. Oni takođe često deluju na aminofenole i fenilendiamine.
