Glikosaminoglikan galaktoziltransferaza (EC 2.4.1.74, uridin difosfogalaktoza-mukopolisaharidna galaktoziltransferaza, UDP-galaktoza:glikozaminoglikanska D-galaktoziltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom UDP-alfa-D-galaktoza:glikosaminoglikan D-galaktoziltransferaza.^[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
