GDP-L-galaktoza fosforilaza (EC 2.7.7.69, VTC2, VTC5) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom GDP:alfa-L-galaktoza 1-fosfat guanililtransferaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

GDP-L-galaktoza + fosfat alfa-L-galaktoza 1-fosfat + GDP

Ovaj enzim katalizuje jednu od reakcija u Smirnof-Vilerovom putu, koji je glavni put biosinteze askorbata kod biljki.
