Dekaprenil-fosfat fosforiboziltransferaza (EC 2.4.2.45, 5-fosfo-alfa-D-riboza-1-difosfat:dekaprenil-fosfat 5-fosforiboziltransferaza, 5-fosfo-alfa-D-riboza 1-pirofosfat:dekaprenil fosfat 5-fosforiboziltransferaza, DPPR sintaza, Rv3806) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom trans,oktacis-dekaprenilfosfo-beta-D-ribofuranoza 5-fosfat:difosfat fosfo-alfa-D-riboziltransferaza.^[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

trans,oktacis-dekaprenil fosfat + 5-fosfo-alfa-D-riboza 1-difosfat

Za rad ovog enzima je neophodan Mg²⁺. Izolovan je iz Mycobakterija tuberculosis.
