D-glicero-beta-D-mano-heptoza-7-fosfat kinaza
D-glicero-beta-D-mano-heptoza-7-fosfat kinaza (EC 2.7.1.167, heptoza 7-fosfatna kinaza, D-beta-D-heptozna 7-fosfotransferaza, D-beta-D-heptoza-7-fosfatna kinaza, HldE1 heptokinaza, glicero-mano-heptozna 7-fosfat kinaza, D-beta-D-heptoza 7-fosfatna kinaza/D-beta-D-heptoza 1-fosfat adenililtransferaza, hldE (gen), rfaE (gen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:D-glicero-beta-D-mano-heptoza 7-fosfat 1-fosfotransferaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- D-glicero-beta-D-mano-heptoza 7-fosfat + ATP D-glicero-beta-D-mano-heptoza 1,7-bisfosfat + ADP
Ovaj bifunkcionalani protein hldE deluje kao D-glicero-beta-D-mano-heptoza-7-fosfatna kinaza i D-glicero-beta-D-mano-heptoza 1-fosfat adenililtransferaza (cf. EC 2.7.7.70).
