Citramalatna lijaza (EC 4.1.3.22, citramalatna piruvat-lijaza, citramalatna sintaza, citramalatni-kondenzujući enzim, citramalatna sintetaza, citramalatna sintaza, (S)-citramalatna lijaza, (+)-citramalat piruvat-lijaza, citramalat piruvatna lijaza, (3S)-citramalat piruvat-lijaza, (2S)-2-hidroksi-2-metilbutandioat piruvat-lijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (2S)-2-hidroksi-2-metilbutandioat piruvat-lijaza (formira acetat).^[1]^[2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
