Brahiurin (EC 3.4.21.32, proteaza I raka, proteaza II raka) je enzim.[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Hidroliza proteina sa širokom specifičnošću za peptidne veze. Prirodni kolagen se razlaže na oko 75% dužine molekula sa N-terminusa. Niska aktivnost na malim molekulskim supstratima tripsina i himotripsina

Ovaj enzim je izolovan iz raka, Uca pugilator.
