Majstrovstvá Európy 3. divízie v ragby mužov 2014/16 bola tretia najvyššia divízia majstrovstiev Európy v ragby mužov, ktoré riadi Európska ragbyová asociácia (Rugby Europe). Konali sa od 4. októbra 2014 – 21. mája 2016, za účasti 4 tímov.[1] Nováčikom 3. divízie bola až trojica družstiev: Bielorusko, Čierna Hora a Estónsko. Naopak, Azerbajdžan sa oproti minulej edícii do súťaže neprihlásil. Zo samotného finálového turnaja sa odhlásilo aj Grécko, nahradil ho prezidenstký výber Čiernej Hory.[2] Víťazom prvého turnaja v Čiernej Hore sa stalo Slovensko.[3][4] Rugby Europe neskôr zorganizovala aj druhý turnaj, ktorý bol pre postup do vyššej divízie rozhodujúci. Víťazom druhého turnaja sa stalo Estónsko.[5]
