YTV Jr. (formerly The Treehouse) was a preschool programming block on YTV, airing from 1994 to 2002.
History
In 1991, YTV introduced a preschool block with Canadian content, featuring hosts like Katie, Krista, and Todd, along with the Grogs. In 1994, the block was rebranded as The Treehouse, set in a treehouse with various programs. In 1997, Treehouse TV launched, and The Treehouse block received new bumpers and a new set. On September 7, 1998, it became YTV Jr. with new shows and short series, and the block ended in mid-2002.[1]
