Wooah (Korean: 우아; written in all caps), is a South Korean girl group active since May 13, 2020. In the past, the group was called Woo!ah! (우아!; written in lowercase). Songyee left on August 14, 2020.[1]

In 2023, members Nana and Wooyeon were on a TV show called Queendom Puzzle. Nana came in 2nd place and joined a new group called El7z Up [en]. Wooyeon came in 9th place, so she did not join the new group.[2]

Name

The group name used to be "Woo!ah!" but it was changed to "Wooah" on April 1, 2024.[3]
