Tomisaku Kawasaki

Tomisaku Kawasaki (川崎 富作, Kawasaki Tomisaku, February 7, 1925 – June, 5 2020) was a Japanese pediatrician. Kawasaki first observed the autoimmune disease now named after him as Kawasaki disease in 1960.[1] He published a description in Japanese in 1967, and a description in English in 1974.[2][3]
