User guide for the {{wait}} template.
This page explains how to use the Wait template to ask for a quick deletion to be stopped for a while.
Usage
Place {{Wait}} on the page that is tagged for quick deletion, and give a reason on the article's talk page straight away. Don't remove the quick deletion tag when doing it.
For any reason, this template should not be placed on a talk page.
This template will add the page to Category:Disputes over quick deletion.
Don't use this template on any page which doesn't have a quick deletion tag.
