Usage
Place {{Intro-rewrite|date=June 2026}} at the top of articles where the lead section needs to be rewritten.
Please give the reason re-write is needed on the talk page or in the reason parameter, like this:
{{Intro-rewrite|reason=it is a jumble of sentence fragments}}
This template will categorise tagged articles into Category:Wikipedia introduction cleanup, Category:Pages in need of copyedit and Category:Pages needing cleanup.
