Sue Weisenbarger Kelly (née Madelyn Sue Weisenbarger; born September 26, 1936)[1] is an American businesswoman and politician who was a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives from 1995 to 2007. She represented New York's 19th congressional district. She lost re-election to John Hall in 2006.

Kelly was born in Lima, Ohio, on September 26, 1936. She was raised Presbyterian. She graduated from Denison University in 1958.[2] She also graduated with a Master's degree from Sarah Lawrence College.
