Star Wars Rogue Squadron III: Rebel Strike is an action video game. It was published by Factor 5 and was developed by LucasArts.[1]
The game was released on October 21, 2003 in North America and on November 7, 2003 in PAL regions. It was only released for the Nintendo GameCube.[2]
The game's setting is during the Galactic Empire and Rebel Alliance war. In the game, the player plays as Luke Skywalker and they try to destroy enemies while looking for a new base after Imperial forces invaded Yavin 4 and took over their old one. The game also added the long wanted multiplayer modes.[3]
It is the sequel to the 2001 game Star Wars Rogue Squadron II: Rogue Leader.
Reception
The game recieved mixed reviews from game critics. Critics said that they liked the multiplayer co-op, the flight missions, audio, and gameplay.[4][5] However, they also said that they didn't like the on-foot missions.[6][7]
