Sofiane Aïssaoui (b. August 23 1991 in Revin, France) is a French mixed martial artist. He is nicknamed "The Lion", Aïssaoui fights in the welterweight division. He has been the WFC amateur MMA world champion and Grappling world champion. Aïssaoui won three French championship titles, two in Karate mix and one in Pancrase.[1][2][3]
