SliTaz GNU/Linux is a software project started by Christophe Lincoln in 2006. It is one of the smallest desktop Linux distributions available [1] It can be loaded entirely into RAM or be installed to a hard drive.[2]
History
SliTaz 1.0 was released on March 22, 2008. SliTaz shares many common goals with Damn Small Linux, but is smaller and based on the more recent Linux 2.6 kernel.
