Shirley Todd Huffman (July 22, 1928 – July 1, 2018) was an AmericanRepublican politician. She was born in Dayton, Oregon. She later moved to Hillsboro, Oregon, where she served on the city council before serving two terms as mayor from 1985 to 1993. After leaving office, she was replaced by Gordon Faber and served on the board of directors for TriMet and as a development coordinator for the city.
