Sayan Sanya (31 January 1953 – 11 September 2013) was a Thai singer and actor. He is a symbol of Thai luk thung genre in 1980s.[1][2] He was born in Suphan Buri, Thailand. He was known for the song "Look Sao Phu Karn" (1973), "Yar Luem Tua" (1977), "Kai Ja" (1987), etc. His identity quote was "Love Sayan a little, but I wish you love me forever." (รักสายัณห์น้อยๆ แต่ขอให้นานๆ).[1]
Sayan died on 11 September 2013 of liver cancer at a hospital in Bangkok, aged 60.[3]
