Reiulf Steen

Reiulf Hjalmar Steen (16 August 1933 – 5 June 2014) was a Norwegian politician, diplomat and journalist. He was a member for the Labour Party. He served as Minister of Transportation from 1971 to 1972 and as Mister of Commerce from 1979 to 1981. He was also a MP for Oslo and Akershus from 1977 to 1993. He later became the ambassador to Chile from 1992 to 1996.
Steen was born in Hurum, Buskerud. He died in his sleep on 5 June 2014 in Oslo, at the age of 80.[1]
