Nicolás Fuentes Fuentes (20 February 1941 – 28 October 2015) was a Peruvian football player.[3][2] Fuentes made 17 appearances for the Peru national football team from 1965 to 1971,[4] including playing at the 1970 FIFA World Cup.

Fuentes died from respiratory failure caused by diabetes in Lima, Peru, aged 74.
