Milena Jindrová (17 February 1944 in Prague – 20 September 2024) was a Czechoslovak basketball player. She was a member of Slavia VŠ Praha and the Czechoslovakia women's national basketball team. She was declared as the best Czech female basketball player of the 20th-century.
Career
She won as a member of the national team among others four medals at the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup (1964, 1967, 1971, 1975) and three medals at the EuroBasket Women (1964, 1966, 1972). She is included in the honorable list of meritorious sports masters. In 2001, she was declared as the best Czech female basketball player of the 20th-century. In 2007, she was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the Czech Basketball Federation.[1][2][3]
Jindrová died on 20 September 2024 at the age of 80 years old.[4]
