Michelle L. Fischbach (born November 3, 1965) is an American politician. She is a member of the U.S. House of Representative from Minnesota since 2021.

On January 3, 2018, she became the 49th Lieutenant Governor of Minnesota. Fischbach previously served as the President of the Minnesota Senate. She is a member of the Republican Party.^[1]

Fischbachis is a former member of the Paynesville City Council.^[2]
