Marcolino Cerbinio Ferdinand “Mike” Franco (4 October 1959[1] — 14 August 2024) was a Curaçao politician. He was a member of Partido pa Adelanto I Inovashon Soshal (PAIS). He served as a member of the Parliament of Curaçao. From 10 December 2012 to 2 November 2016 he was also the speaker of the parliament.
