Lufengosaurus was an omnivore.[1] The largest Lufengosaurus skeleton is 6 metres (20 ft) long, 4 metres (13 ft) high and 1.5 metres (4 ft 11 in) wide.[2][3] It weighted about 200 kilograms (440 lb).[3] It could probably walk upright based on its powerful rear legs.[3]
It was the first complete dinosaur skeleton mounted in China, and first time a dinosaur was depicted on a stamp.[2]
