Lucy Haeran Koh (born August 7, 1968) is an American politician and lawyer. She is the United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit since 2021. She was nominated to the court by President Joe Biden. She is the first Korean American woman to be a federal appellate court in the United States.[1]

Koh was a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California between 2010 until 2021. She was nominated to this court by President Barack Obama.
