Lily Eskelsen García (née Pace; born May 1, 1955) is an American teacher and labor union leader. She was president of the National Education Association from 2014 to 2020.

In November 2020, following the United States presidential election, many news organizations saw her as a potential candidate for President-elect Joe Biden’s United States Secretary of Education.[2][3][4][5]
