Kō Shrine (興神社) is a Sōja shrine in Sanuki City [en], Nagasaki Prefecture. It enshrines all the kami of the shrines in Iki Province. It is located next to Harunotsuji Site [en].^[1]

Kou Shrine is near the Harunotsuji Site [en]. These ruins were once the royal capital of Ikikoku [ja]. The shrine is sometimes considered the Ichinomiya or the most important shrine of Iki Province.^[1]

Its name comes from Kokufu [en] which is a kind of old government office.^[3] It now uses the character in the name of the old King of Japan Kō of Wa [en; ja] (興).
