Jeroen Krom, professionaly knwon as DJ Jerome, (16 June 1971 – 22 December 2024) was a Dutch DJ and record producer.
Krom founded in 1991 the record label Outland Records and also owned a record store with the same name. Three of singles made it to the Dutch Single Top 100. His most known song is Sex met die kale that he made together with Lawineboys 2010. It is a cover of Sex on Fire by Kings of Leon. As a DJ he performed at national and international festivals, including Awakenings, Dance Valley and Amsterdam Dance Event. He closed his record store in 2016 due to declining sales and ended his career due to declining health. Krom died on 22 December 2024, at the age of 53 years old.[1][2][3]
