Jan Aling (24 June 1949 – 9 May 2020) was a Dutch road cyclist.[1][2] Aling was born in Bunne (Drenthe).
He won several races including Omloop der Kempen, stages in the Milk race (now called Tour of Britain), stage in the Olympia's Tour and the Ronde van Overijssel. He became professional in 1974, and would be a professional until 1984. He rode twice in the Vuelta a España (1976 edition, and 1980 edition).
Aling died at a hospital in Eindhoven on 9 May 2020, three days after having had a cardiac arrest, aged 70.[3]
