Idaho's 1st congressional district is a congressional district in the U.S state of Idaho. The district is in the western part of the state. The congressional district is in the suburbs of Boise, Idaho and is in Ada and Canyon counties. It also includes the entire northern part of the state, through the Panhandle. The people who live in the district elect a person to represent the district in the United States House of Representatives. The 1st district is currently represented by Russ Fulcher, a Republican.
