Hiya Health is an American dietary supplement company based in Los Angeles. It makes chewable vitamins and other nutrition products for children.[1][2] Since December 2024, it has been a majority-owned subsidiary of USANA Health Sciences.[3]

History

Hiya Health was founded in 2020 by Darren Litt and Adam Gillman.[1][4] Gillman earlier co-founded Cycle House, which appeared in the E! series Hollywood Cycle.[5] The company grew without outside investment.[6]

In June 2024, EY named Litt a winner of the Entrepreneur of the Year award in Greater Los Angeles.[7] In December 2024, USANA Health Sciences acquired a 78.8% stake in Hiya Health for $205 million.[3][8] The deal valued the company at about $260 million.[4][9] In 2025, Hiya reported $34 million in quarterly sales and around 200,000 subscribers.[10] In 2026, the company expanded to Canada and the United Kingdom and planned to sell its products in Target stores in the United States.[11]
