Harstad (Northern Sami: Hárstták) is the second-most populated municipality in Troms county, Norway. (From 2024, it will be part of Troms county.) It is on the large island of Hinnøya. The town was founded in 1904.

The bicycle race, Arctic Race of Norway (summer 2025), will start in Harstad.^[3]
