Franco Frattini (born 14 March 1957) is an Italian politician and former lawyer. He was the Minister of Foreign Affairs twice during the Silvio Berlusconi governments between 2002 to 2004 and again from 2008 until 2011. Frattini was a member of the Chamber of Deputies between 1996 until 2004 and again from 2008 until 2013.[1]
