Ella Raines (August 6, 1920 – May 30, 1988) was an American movie and television actress. She played Carol Richman in the movie Phantom Lady. She also played Arly in the movie Tall in the Saddle.

Raines was born in Snoqualmie Falls, Washington. She died in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, California from throat cancer, aged 67.
