The East Lancs Cityzen was a double-decker body of a bus, It had a step entrance. It was built from 1995 to 2000 by East Lancashire Coachbuilders.
It was only built on Scania N113DRB chassis.[1]
East Lancs misspelled bus names on purpose (naming it "Cityzen" instead of "Citizen")
In 2000, the Cityzen was replaced by the East Lancs OmniDekka.
