Donald Wayne Riegle, Jr. (born February 4, 1938) is an American politician. He was born in Flint, Michigan. He served for five terms as a Representative from 1967 through 1976. He served for three terms as a Senator in the U.S. Congress from 1976 through 1995.[1] He is a member of the Democratic Party.
In 2016 and 2020, Riegle endorsed Bernie Sanders for the Democratic nomination for President of the United States.[2][3]
