Dhuys-et-Morin-en-Brie is in the southern part of the Aisne department at 76.8 km (47.7 mi) to the south of Laon,[2] the prefecture of the department, and at 18.9 km (11.7 mi) to the southeast of Château-Thierry,[3] the subprefecture of the arrondissement.
It has an area of 40.04 km2 (15.46 sq mi) with an altitude of 107–222 m (351–728 ft).
