Dainik Bhaskar (lit. 'The Daily Sun') is a Hindi-language daily newspaper in India, owned by the Dainik Bhaskar Group.[2] It was ranked fourth globally in circulation by the World Association of Newspapers in 2016 and was the largest circulated newspaper in India as of 2022, according to the Indian Audit Bureau of Circulations.[3][4][5] Founded in Bhopal in 1958, it expanded with the Indore edition in 1983. The Dainik Bhaskar Group operates in 13 Indian states, publishing 65 editions in Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati.[source?]
