Connor McIntyre (born 30 November 1960)[1] is an English actor and painter. He is best known for portraying the role of Pat Phelan in the ITV soap opera Coronation Street (2013–2014, 2016–2018).[2] McIntyre is also known for his roles in Always and Everyone, The Jury, Buried, Murder City, Outlaws, Drop Dead Gorgeous and The Case.[source?]

Career

For his portrayal of Pat Phelan, he won The 2016 and 2018 British Soap Award for Villain of the Year. He has also received nominations for The British Soap Award for Best Actor and Best Male Dramatic Performance. In addition to his work on Coronation Street, he has made appearances in The Bill, Silent Witness, Casualty, Heartbeat, Law & Order: UK, Doctors and Ackley Bridge.[3]
