Carlos Morales Troncoso (29 September 1940 – 25 October 2014) was a Dominican politician. He served as Vice–President of the Dominican Republic from 1986 to 1994, and as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Dominican Republic from 2004 to 2014.

Troncoso died in Houston, Texas, United States from leukemia, aged 74.^[1]
